C-Arm Fluoroscopy Machine Rental in Florida

Coast to Coast Radiology rents mobile C-arm fluoroscopy equipment to hospitals, surgery centers, pain-management practices, and procedure facilities throughout our Florida service area. We work with GE OEC 9900 Elite and GE OEC 9800 systems, with delivery, setup, and pickup coordinated by the same team handling your rental.

Tell us where the machine needs to be, when you need it, and what kinds of cases are on the schedule. We will give you a straight answer about the equipment and delivery options available for that request.

Start With the Cases, Not a Generic Equipment List

“We need a C-arm” is enough to start the call, but it is not enough to choose the unit. The right fluoroscopy machine depends on the case mix, room, schedule, image-management needs, and the configuration your medical team expects to use.

That is why we start by asking practical questions. What procedures are on the schedule? Is this a one-day rental, recurring block, or temporary replacement? Does the facility need help coordinating a qualified technologist? Are there room-access or delivery constraints we should know before the truck leaves?

You do not need to translate the schedule into a page of technical specifications. Tell Travis or Sean what the facility is running, and we will help narrow down the equipment that fits the request.

GE OEC C-Arm Options

GE OEC 9900 Elite

The GE OEC 9900 Elite is one of the C-arm models we rent across Florida. Every unit arrives calibrated and ready for use, and we match the machine to the cases on your schedule before it goes on the truck.

GE OEC 9800

The GE OEC 9800 is a practical choice for many routine procedure schedules. If you are weighing the two models, our GE OEC 9900 Elite vs. 9800 comparison covers the differences.

When you are ready, call Travis or Sean with your cases and dates. We will check availability and make sure you get the right equipment for the job.

What the Rental Includes

Delivery to the Facility

Our team coordinates delivery to the facility address in the quote. Before the rental date, we confirm the delivery window, loading access, route to the procedure room, and any site instructions that could slow the crew down at the door.

Setup in the Procedure Room

We place the unit in the procedure room, power it up, and complete the equipment-side setup included in the rental. The facility remains responsible for its own room readiness, clinical protocols, credentialing, radiation-safety program, and acceptance requirements.

Pickup When the Rental Is Finished

When the rental period ends, we coordinate retrieval so the facility is not left chasing a separate freight company. If the schedule changes, call us before the pickup window and we will walk through the available options.

A Real Person if Something Changes

Rental calls go directly to Travis or Sean. If the schedule moves, the assigned unit develops a problem, or the case mix changes, you are talking to people who know the equipment, trucks, and schedule, not someone taking a message for another department.

If a rental unit fails, we troubleshoot with you first and have a replacement to you within 24 hours. If your facility has a critical response requirement, put it on the table before the procedure date so everyone knows what the plan is.

When Facilities Rent C-Arm Fluoroscopy Equipment

Scheduled Procedure Days

Some facilities need fluoroscopy on specific procedure days rather than every day of the week. A daily, weekly, or recurring rental can put the equipment on-site for the schedule without adding a permanent system to every room or location.

Temporary Capacity

A hospital or surgery center may need an additional unit for a busy block, an added service line, or a period when demand is higher than the equipment already on-site can cover.

Coverage While Another Unit Is Down

When a facility-owned C-arm is out for service, a rental can help cover the schedule while repair is underway. Tell us what happened, which unit the team normally uses, and when the next cases begin. We will explain what equipment and delivery options are actually available.

New Practices and Procedure Rooms

A new practice may need fluoroscopy before its case volume supports buying a machine. Renting can solve the equipment question while the practice learns its real utilization and long-term needs. The facility still needs the appropriate licensing, qualified personnel, room preparation, and clinical protocols before patient procedures begin.

How the Rental Process Works

1. Call With the Schedule

Start with the facility address, procedure date, case types, preferred model or configuration, and whether the request is planned or urgent. If you do not know every technical detail yet, that is fine. We will work through the questions with you.

2. Confirm the Equipment and Quote

We check the schedule and available fleet, then confirm the proposed model, rental term, delivery scope, and quote. Pricing depends on the equipment, configuration, location, timing, and length of the rental, so we quote the actual request instead of publishing a generic number that may not fit it.

3. Coordinate Delivery and Setup

Before delivery, we confirm where the crew is going and what they need to know about the facility. The goal is simple: no guessing at the loading dock and no searching for the right room while the schedule is already moving.

4. Call Us if the Plan Changes

If something comes up during the rental, call the same number you used to schedule it. We will help troubleshoot the issue and explain the available next step based on the unit, location, and agreement.

5. Schedule Pickup

At the end of the rental, we coordinate pickup with the facility. For recurring needs, we can also discuss the next dates instead of rebuilding the request from scratch every time.

One Call for Equipment, Staffing, and Repair Coordination

Some facilities need more than a machine. If you also need a qualified X-ray technologist or help coordinating repair for a facility-owned C-arm, tell us when you call.

Coast to Coast Radiology works with trusted service partners for technologist staffing and C-arm repair. Availability and terms are separate from the equipment rental, and we will tell you which company is providing each service. The point is to reduce the number of calls your team has to manage, not blur who is responsible for the work.

C-Arm Fluoroscopy Rentals Across Our Florida Service Area

We coordinate rentals for facilities in Tampa, Orlando, Sarasota, Bradenton, Clearwater, Fort Myers, Jacksonville, Miami, and other markets within our Florida service area.

Do not rely on a statewide headline alone when the procedure date matters. Give us the exact address, requested date, and equipment requirements. We will confirm whether the unit and delivery timing are available for that location.

What Coast to Coast Radiology Does Not Offer

Fluoroscopy technology can be used during diagnostic, interventional, and surgical procedures. Coast to Coast Radiology’s role is equipment rental, not direct patient care.

We do not provide:

  • Patient imaging appointments or image interpretation
  • MRI equipment or services
  • CT equipment or services
  • Ultrasound equipment or services
  • Equipment sales

If you are a patient looking for an imaging appointment, contact the healthcare provider or imaging center that ordered the exam. If you represent a facility that needs a C-arm for an operating room or procedure room, call us.

For a plain-English introduction to the technology, read What Is a Portable Fluoroscopy Machine?. For a closer look at the imaging components, see How Does a C-Arm Work?.

CTCR coordinates delivery, equipment-side setup, and retrieval as part of the rental service. The quote should spell out the scope for the facility location, schedule, and any after-hours requirements.

The equipment rental and operator arrangement are separate. If the facility does not already have appropriately qualified personnel, CTCR may be able to coordinate a technologist through a staffing partner, depending on availability and separate terms.

Call CTCR as soon as something looks wrong. We will help troubleshoot and determine the next step, and if the unit has to be swapped, a replacement reaches you within 24 hours.

Delivery timing depends on the facility location, requested model, fleet schedule, and how much notice we receive. For an urgent request, call (941) 371-9659 with the address and procedure time so we can give you a real answer.
